If your spouse or partner will be joining you at the resort but not attending the event, please select the Single Room option when registering. There is NO additional cost for your spouse to attend the resort. We are not charging anything additional for this.

After booking for Single Room, just email us to let us know, so we can accommodate the room arrangement. They are absolutely welcome to join all of our evening social activities.

Absolutely! Our special room rate applies for up to 3 days before and 3 days after the event dates. To arrange this, please contact us directly and we’ll help you extend your stay.

Your package includes a 4-night all-inclusive Junior Suite stay at the resort plus your AI Unleashed Workshop ticket. Once you arrive, there are no additional fees, all lodging, meals, drinks, and event access are covered.

Like most resorts, pricing is based on a per-person rate. However, we’ve negotiated exclusive discounts that we’re passing directly on to you. If you choose to share a room, you’ll save almost $750 compared to booking alone.

Yes! You may cancel your participation in AI Unleashed Intensive at any time, but please be aware of the following cancellation policy:

If you cancel before Oct 1, 2025, you will get a full refund.

If you cancel between Oct 2, 2025 and Nov 30, 2025, you will be refunded up to 50% of your registration fee.

If you cancel after Dec 1, 2025, you are not eligible for a refund but may send someone in your place.
